Worries...

How am I supposed to look after my friends when I am barely coping on my own right now?

It's like i'm just shutting down from the inside out.

But I want to help.

    You can focus all your energy on a project and slowly you may find a solution or overcome your problem. Thats how i deal with things anyway, but good luck with everything, don't let it consume you and stay positive. :)
